Eric is great at making clients feel comfortable, especially when they have big decisions to make. He gives helpful advice on how to best present properties and always respects what clients want. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Eric twice. He first helped us buy our dream forever home and now we’re currently in escrow selling our former property. He has gone above and beyond both times and even went out of his way to set up our backyard for our property’s open house.
