We carefully select agents to ensure every member fully benefits from our extensive resources, training, and support.  In addition, investing our time and energy into professionals who will thrive ensures mutual success strengthening the Sellers Reserve brand.  If you are not fully committed to career success, we are not the platform for you.

The application considers the following criteria:

Professional Experience & Track Record: Minimum of 2–3 years of active real estate sales experience (preferred). Demonstrable history of successful transactions and client satisfaction.

Ethical Standards & Professional Reputation: Strong professional integrity with no record of ethical breaches. Positive reputation within the real estate industry and community.

Commitment to Professional Development: Willingness and enthusiasm to participate in ongoing training, coaching, and accreditation programs. A proactive approach to continuous skill enhancement and industry learning. Willingness to embrace modern media to build your professional brand. 

Cultural Alignment & Collaboration: Strong team orientation, demonstrating a willingness to collaborate, support peers, and engage actively in our agent network. Aligned with our core values; integrity, transparency, professionalism with a progressive mindset willing to embrace innovation.
