I’ve had the pleasure of working with Eric twice. He first helped us buy our dream forever home and now we’re currently in escrow selling our former property. He has gone above and beyond both times and even went out of his way to set up our backyard for our property’s open house. Eric has been very accommodating during both processes and understands we have an active 1 year old who keeps us busy. He is also very knowledgeable and we’ve depended on him to guide us when we put our house on the market and saw that his strategy worked really for us. He showed us multiple properties to help fit our needs and kept searching until we found what we wanted. When we were ready to buy in 2013 he helped us with our search. In the end we went with a new home being built and he was with us every step of the way representing us so nothing was missed and so we weren't taken advantage of by the home builders. Eric Duncan is an amazing real estate agent! He is professional, incredibly helpful, and displays integrity. Eric Duncan represented us with the selling of a condo and the purchase of a house. It was a very stressful situation, and we had to write numerous offers in a very competitive market. Never did he once complain about how many houses we toured and how many offers we submitted. He was committed to finding us our forever home and because he remained positive throughout the entire process, he really calmed our nerves. Eric worked very hard for us. He was able to negotiate over 10k in credits and rebates with the lender on our behalf. He also negotiated with sellers and listing agent and was able to close on the property in a timely manner despite numerous complications and demands from the sellers. He was even able to negotiate a new roof for us. Amazing! My husband and I are very happy with our home and have gained equity in just a couple of years because he was able to get our house for the best price in the neighborhood. We couldn't have done it without Eric.
